Provocateur

Provocateur is the name I’ve chosen for my one and only Wordpress theme release.  I’ve decided to try and build a Wordpress theme that can be used by anyone for any and all applications.  Primarily the design will be in the magazine style with an option to change the home page layout to a more traditional blog design.

Looking for a preview?  You’re looking at it right now.  Provocateur is, and always will be, the design that I use here at Avon Blake and on any and all the other blogs that I design in the future.

At the moment Provocateur has a planned release date of November 1st 2008.  I’ve got a lot of code to wade through to make sure it is 100% compliant with all browsers and all reasonably modern versions of Wordpress.

And yes, the theme does borrow elements from several relatively famous premium themes.  I’ve purchased the developers license for each of these and feel that the theme that I eventually produce will be different enough to justify it’s release, for free, by me.
